Heat transfer pump: NKX single-stage volute casing pump

Type NKX is a standard pump according to EN 733 for thermal oil applications.

It is tailored to deviating dimensions from the characteristic curve and the requirements of the operators, so that an optimal efficiency is achieved.

This pump is a single-stage, single-flow volute casing pumps in process design, with axial suction flanges and centerline pressure flanges pointing vertically upwards.

Axial thrust compensation is achieved through relief bores.

The pump shaft is supported on the impeller side by SiC sleeve bearings and on the drive side in permanently lubricated antifrictions bearings.

The patented cooling and degassing system provides constant ventilation of the mechanical seal chamber. No external engagement is required.

This pump is self-venting.

This additional cooling allows the operation of this pump up to 3500 min-1.

A antifriction bearing temperature of 100°C is never exceeded, even under these extreme load conditions.
