Chemical standard pump: NCL single-stage volute casing pump

The Type NCL is a chemical standard pump PN16 according to ISO 2858 with magnetic coupling.

It is tailored to deviating dimensions from the characteristic curve and the requirements of the operators, so that an optimal efficiency is achieved.

This pump is a single-stage, single-flow volute casing pumps in process design, with axial suction flanges and centerline pressure flanges pointing vertically upwards.

Axial thrust compensation is achieved through relief bores, wear rings are standard on the suction and pressure sides. The pump shaft is supported in a cylindrical roller bearing and paired angular ball bearing resp. both sided ball bearings.
