The System & Process Technology division at Lutz-Jesco combines in-depth expertise in fluid technology design with practical engineering solutions for industrial applications. The focus is on the intelligent combination of pump technology, fittings, measurement technology and automation to implement complex conveying, dosing and circulation processes safely, efficiently and reliably.
Our services include the analysis and optimisation of existing processes and the conceptual development of new system solutions. Both media- and application-related requirements are taken into account. Typical tasks include the design of pump and valve networks, the integration of sensor technology and control systems, ensuring process stability and minimising media losses and downtimes.
A central element of system and process technology is the project- and media-oriented selection of suitable components. Air operated double diaphragm pumps, eccentric screw pumps and drum pumps are not considered in isolation, but as part of a holistically functioning system. Simulation, engineering documentation and practical validation ensure that technical targets such as flow rate, pressure, delivery accuracy and reliability are met.
The design is based on defined process objectives, taking into account standards, safety requirements and operational conditions. In addition, we provide support during implementation, commissioning and performance testing until handover to the operator. System and process technology thus creates the basis for robust, sustainable and scalable solutions in chemical, surface and electroplating technology, water and wastewater management, mechanical and plant engineering, and other industrial segments.
