Lutz B2 Battery battery-powered pump for canisters and barrels

The Lutz B2 Battery is a battery-powered drum and canister pump for mobile use in industrial environments. It was developed for the safe, clean and flexible transfer of low to medium viscosity liquids and can be used independently of stationary energy sources. The brushless motor with adjustable speed ensures controlled delivery rates and low noise levels.
Thanks to the modular combination of battery drive and various pump tubes made of polyethylene or aluminium, the B2 Battery can be precisely tailored to the respective medium and container. Depending on the version, the system is suitable for chemicals, coolants and lubricants, oils, diesel, heating oil and numerous other industrial media. Different immersion depths allow use in canisters, drums and IBC containers.
A key design feature is the flexible usage concept: the battery drive can be changed between different pump units in just a few simple steps. This allows the pump tubes and hose to remain permanently in the respective container, which reliably reduces media carryover, contamination and misuse. The filling process remains ergonomic, controlled and reproducible.
