The Challenger® and Heracles® series are robust, highly reliable pumps equipped with flanged submersible motors for wet installations. These pumps are designed for demanding applications such as mining, fine sand extraction, sludge handling, dam drainage, and cleaning of lakes, ponds, and rivers. Their construction is based on the proven designs of the HPK, NPW, and KB series, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and durability.
Advancements in pump manufacturing technologies have enabled us to optimize the geometry of the slurry flow path, resulting in significantly improved efficiency and an extended service life for the casing and wet-end components compared to other pump brands.
The Heracles® and Challenger® pumps differ in three key aspects: the drive method, the passage dimensions, and the type of shaft seal. These pumps can be customized to suit various process media properties, making them ideal for handling neutral, alkaline, and mildly acidic media.
