Sintered NdFeB (Neodymium Magnet) , the world’s strongest permanent magnetic material with extraordinary magnetic properties, is widely used in aerospace, the automotive industry, industrial motors, electronics, clean energy, and other fields. Mainly composed of Nd₂Fe₁₄B, this magnet exhibits extremely high magnetic properties, with a maximum magnetic energy product ((BH)max) that is ten times higher than that of ferrite magnets and a maximum working temperature of 250℃.
It also demonstrates excellent mechanical properties and is adaptable to various machining methods, such as grinding, linear cutting, and drilling. However, due to its poor corrosion resistance, the surface of the magnet needs to be coated with materials like Zn, Ni, Au, or epoxy, depending on specific requirements.
