novoDos CL-WHG are IBC dosing systems for dispensing liquids from IBCs. The main advantage of the novoDos CL-WHG is continuous/uninterrupted dosing, even when changing IBCs, for water hazard class (WHG) liquids. The IBC dosing systems essentially consist of a WHG containment tray, an intermediate tank, a dosing pump, fittings, and optionally a control unit. The unpressurized intermediate tank on the WHG tray holds the IBCs and is filled via a hose connection. The dosing process takes place from the CL dosing tank (buffer tank/intermediate tank). When changing an empty IBC, the IBC dosing station continues to dispense from the CL dosing tank without interruption.
