With the iSTEP range, sera offers a consistent series of intelligent diaphragm pumps designed for applications where precise dosing, seamless integration and reliable continuous operation are essential. From compact dosing tasks to more demanding processes, the product family covers a wide spectrum across water treatment, process industries and food & beverage applications.

The iSTEP pumps were developed for real operating conditions. In many plants, challenges do not arise from dosing itself, but from control, system integration and a lack of operational transparency. This is exactly where the iSTEP range makes the difference. A unified operating and integration concept, standardized interfaces and high control accuracy across the entire operating range ensure stable and reproducible dosing results.

With a turndown ratio of up to 1:1000, the pumps deliver consistently precise dosing – even under fluctuating operating conditions. At the same time, the standardized operating concept reduces integration effort and training requirements for system integrators and plant operators.

The range includes three sizes:
iSTEP XS for compact applications requiring maximum precision in the smallest space,
iSTEP S as a flexible all-round solution for a wide variety of standard and OEM applications, and
iSTEP M for higher capacities up to 200 l/h where standard solutions reach their limits but complex high-end systems are not required.
