The INP series inline centrifugal pumps from STROBL Pumpen are single-stage, end-suction pumps designed for direct integration into piping systems. Built in compact block design with or without lantern, they are space-saving and mounted between two pipe flanges. Their multi-vane impellers with dual cover plates ensure smooth fluid handling. Depending on the version, the pumps feature single or double mechanical seals, or magnetic couplings. A back-pull-out design and optional shock/vibration resistance are included. Ports for pressure and temperature sensors are standard. API 610 (OH3/4/5) versions are available.
The liquid is drawn in radially and discharged through a single-stage impeller to a 180° offset discharge outlet. Power is transferred from the motor shaft directly to the impeller. Flow and pressure depend on pump curve, impeller geometry, and system losses, and can be adjusted via speed control or bypass.
The pumps are not self-priming but offer pressures up to 15 bar and flow rates up to 500 m³/h. Additional specs: viscosity up to 150 mPas, temperatures up to 120 °C, motor power 0.55–110 kW, system pressure up to 40 bar, solids content up to 10% (depending on particle size).
Typical applications include fluid circulation and transfer in open/closed loops, chemical and petrochemical industries (onshore/offshore), process systems, water treatment, and reverse osmosis. Seals are made of NBR, EPDM, PTFE, or FKM; sliding faces from carbon A or silicon carbide. Materials include cast iron, stainless steel, bronze, duplex, super duplex, and super austenitic alloys.
