PTFE Nünchritz GmbH & Co. KG, based in Glaubitz (Saxony), is an established specialist in seals, sliding, bearing, and construction elements made of PTFE and other high-performance plastics. History & Development:
• The tradition of PTFE processing in Nünchritz dates back to 1965.
• In 1991, the current PTFE Nünchritz GmbH & Co. KG was founded.
• In 1996 and 1998, modern production halls were built; since then, we have been continuously expanding our production capacities.
• Growth and quality awareness have led to several international certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), which professionally safeguard our processes and structures.
• Today, PTFE NÜNCHRITZ employs around 150 people and achieved a turnover of approximately €16.9 million in 2024; around 45% of sales are generated through exports.

PTFE NÜNCHRITZ is much more than a standard supplier: our expertise goes beyond simple production and covers the entire development and manufacturing process. This includes:
• Consulting, material selection, and development—also in collaboration with raw material suppliers, institutes, and customers.
• Component design and construction of customer-specific parts.
• Manufacture of semi-finished and finished parts – from compounding to hydraulic pressing or RAM extrusion to CNC machining.
• Assembly, packaging, and comprehensive quality testing: testing of raw materials, compounds, semi-finished products, and finished parts, as well as test bench and specification tests.
Thanks to this integrated vertical range of manufacture, we are able to deliver both small batches and complex series parts cost-effectively and with high delivery reliability.
