Ritmo 05 dosing pumps are specialized, highly accurate dosing pumps. They are unique on the market in their high-quality full PTFE design, with forced-control valve technology and stepping motor drive for variable diaphragm movements.
The ultimate chemical resistance of the PTFE material allows the dosing of almost all the most aggressive fluids, gases or solvents and the use in ultra-pure processes. Modified by the forced-control valve technology, they can also be used as a mixing and dilution pump, as a sampling pump or under vacuum conditions. Additional, clearly arranged keyboards enable a previously unachieved functionality, e.g. a quick filling or emptying, rinsing, returning the fluid, or also sterilizing the pump head. With the return function, aggressive fluid residues can be fed back into the original. The clean function allows the complete flushing of the pump head with simultaneous opening of both valves and without having to remove the metering pump from the system. Further model series with heatable or coolable pump heads, with integrated pH-control, in industrial grade IP65 version or in explosion-protected version are available to the user for his special application.
