Training as an office management assistant
The area of responsibility includes
– Receiving and processing customer inquiries for aerial work platforms, forklifts, telescopic forklifts and cranes
– Supporting existing customers
– Acquiring new customers by telephone and reactivating existing customers
– Advising customers, preparing quotations and following up on quotations
– Processing orders and creating orders
– Collaboration on projects
What requirements should you have?
– Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly manner
– Independent, very accurate way of working, flexibility and organizational skills
– High service orientation and quick comprehension skills
– High sense of responsibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
– Very good written and spoken German
– Good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
