Technical and disciplinary management of the team with approx. 45 employees
Responsible for achieving goals in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality and productivity as well as continuous improvement of work processes
Creation of personnel and shift planning
Controlling maintenance and repair work, participating in preventive maintenance planning as well as recording and correcting malfunctions and defects in the production facilities
Active communication and information exchange within the shifts (3-shift operation with three shift managers)
Cross-departmental communication with the design, production control, quality assurance, purchasing and maintenance departments
Quality assurance/testing within the department
