Your tasks:

You lead a team of field staff

With your team, you will support customers from industry and municipalities as well as national and international corporate customers
You are responsible for establishing, maintaining and strategically developing customer relationships with existing and new customers
You will lead your team independently in consultation with the sales manager in a goal- and result-oriented manner and thus achieve our growth and earnings goals
Some of you work in an international context within the DEXIS group
You report to the sales manager

Your profile:

You have successfully completed commercial or technical training or a comparable course of study
You have already gained experience in a similar management position, ideally in the technical trading industry
Her leadership style is cooperative, motivating and characterized by a sense of social responsibility. For you, people are the focus
You work in a customer and sales-oriented manner and have a feel for the market
Flexibility and a high degree of independent thinking and acting are a given for you
We require spoken and written English language skills as well as comprehensive knowledge of common office programs
