The extremely compact horizontal container pump Lutz B200 is an interesting alternative if a conventional vertical drum pump can not be used, e.g. in containers that are stored on shelves.
In these cases access from above is no longer possible, but the bottom outlet of the IBC can be used.

Properties:
– Centrifugal pump with axial wheel in a compact design
– Direct connection to the floor drain of the IBC through a standard union fitting (S60 x 6)
– Variable drive concept (various universal and pneumatic motors can be used)
– For applications in potentially explosive areas explosion-proof versions (Zone1 and 2), including check valve
– Compared to hydrostatic spout significantly better hydraulic performance

Advantages:
– Little need for space
– Easy disassembly, two-piece pump with clamp connections according to DIN 32676
– Significantly lower product release when uncoupling, since no suction hose is required
– Operation against closed dispensing valves (e.g. ball valve, nozzle) is possible
