These micro annular gear pumps (mzr® pumps) are ideally used where fast and highly precise dosage is required. mzr® pumps make conventional applications more effective, open up new technology fields and create new business opportunities.
These pumps are characterized by pulseless delivery, minimal dead volume, long service life, small dimensions, highly resistant materials and ease of maintenance. Five pump series deliver a minimum dosage amount of 0.25 µl, a flow rate from 1 µl/h to 1152 ml/min and a pressure up to 150 bar. Beside several applications in analytical instrumentation, chemical processing and pharmaceutical industry, mzr®-pumps are used in mechanical engineering .
Detailed technical support and application-specific modifications to our pumps are offered, as well as metering and dosing tests. We also provide support in commissioning on site. In addition to the pump series, there is a separate filter series, fluid accessories and sensor products as well as complete system solutions up to control related integration.
